Help with reduced mobility

In order for us to assist you in the best manner, in accordance with EU regulation 1107/2006 and to ensure that you get the help you need, It is recommended to make the reservation not later than 48 hours before departure, to ensure the best assistance for passenger. If reservation is made less than 48 hours before departure, the guaranteed waiting time for assistance might be longer.     

Please note that a wheelchair powered by a spillable battery must be sent as cargo.

Passengers who are dependant on an electrical wheelchair or manual wheelchair may bring an additional smaller and smoother wheelchair on their journey, without extra charge.
The additional wheelchair must be requested as XBAG including weight and size. 

Types of wheelchair service


Passenger can ascend/descend steps and make own way i.e. to/from cabin seat, across ramp, fingerdock or to/from mobile lounge, as applicable.  
Passenger requiring wheelchair for distance to/from gate.

Passenger cannot ascend/descend steps, but is able to move to/from cabin seat.  
Requires wheelchair for distance to/from aircraft and must be carried up/down the steps.

Passenger completely immobile. Requires wheelchair to/from aircraft and must be carried to/from cabin seat.  
A travel companion is required if total flying time exceeds four hours and double connecting time applies at transfer point.
